Hi, I’m jessica benson.

I am a Director of the Company and dare I say the ‘brains behind the operation’. I just want to start by saying I didn’t think investing in property would EVER be an option for me. I have come from very humble beginnings and was not aware I would one day know as much as I do about property investing. I have spent the last few years learning and applying everything I possibly can about property and the various strategies you can use to make money in it. This does not mean I know everything there is to know, as of course things change and there is always more to learn, however I KNOW A LOT.

My expertise come in when finding the opportunities and creating a vision for a property. I have built extensive relationships in the industry both with local agents, other investors in the area, management companies, local suppliers (for staging and furnishing), mentors and my Power Team. These include a specialist Mortgage Broker, Solicitor, Accountant, Insurance Broker, Planning Consultants and so on. Anyone you think you may need when investing in property, I can connect you with.

I am also part of a Property Investing Academy so with the access to resources I have, I want to help others like me (that didn’t believe they could be a property investor) see that it’s MORE than possible and it certainly doesn’t need to cost as much as you think…

I am also a Director of the Company, completing our dream team with complimenting skills and qualities. My experience and skills lie in the refurbishment and development sector. With being a tradesman myself I have all the expertise to manage big projects and also strong connections in the industry, so can arrange then oversee every trade needed. If we are supporting you with a refurb project I can ensure you I will treat it no different to one of ours. I understand the importance of keeping within budgets and deadlines therefore I am your ideal business partner if you don’t want to be hands-on or manage builders etc.

Due to doing our own Buy Refurbish Refinance deals I have done every trade you can think off (some may call me a ‘jack of all trades’) - plastering, decorating, joinery, plumbing, electrics, kitchen fitting, tiling etc. So I know exactly how much everyhting costs and how long it should take, meaning no wool will ever be pulled over my eyes. I have close relationships with Brick Layers, Roofers, QS’s, Architects, Building Regulation Inspectors and so on. This means all my experience and knowledge has created the perfect Project Manager.

Not to mention my previous job (for the past 5 years) has been in groundworks. I know everything there is to know about new build sites including understanding plans, connection to services, drainage, footings, machinery etc. As well as us building our own portfolio up I want to help other investors improve the current standard of housing as well as increasing it by building more houses in the UK.
