That being said property investing of course has risks involved, it is just about you doing the right research to mitigate these.
Our team are experts in due diligence and pride ourselves on only selling our investors great deals that we would take on ourselves. With all our research considered it is still important you feel confident in the numbers and the deal therefore we give you a 14 day period to go and do your own checks.
If for any reason within this period you found the information we have given you was incorrect or the opportunity wasn’t as we suggested we will refund you in full with no hesitation.

Your home will be kept in show-home condition, having regular inspections and professional cleaners before and after each guest. Processes are also in place to ensure we are diligently managing every part of your property e.g. - Photo ID and security deposits taken from each guest, CCTV (Ring Doorbell Cam) to monitor who is going in and out, etc.
Did I mention all the huge tax savings which are involved in you renting your property out to us? You can save with capital allowances and Section 24 (‘Tenant Tax’) is not applicable with this arrangement, meaning your mortgage interest can be deducted from your taxable profits. We will collaborate to create a proposal where we agree on a monthly rental fee and the arrangements involved in managing the property so it is a win-win for both parties.
Once we are up and running (property is furnished and staged) we make sure to take care of your property and any minor maintenance while you just receive your regular and reliable payments monthly.
